Project
Deploying a large-scale patient remote monitoring solution takes a lot of planning and development. FDA approval of the entire solution is required, and changing any material component of the solution requires a new approval and validation. We frequently see devices being discontinued by the OEM before the approvals can be secured. In this case, the enterprise had been using a device for years before we met each other. Its business was growing, but the device it ran its business on was no longer being made, and getting a new device approved was more than two years away.
